In November 2024, I hired them to install air conditioning and purchase the two necessary units for my 60m² apartment. It wasn't until February 2026 that I got them working, and to do so I had to contact the warranty service for both the units and the installation. The two incorrect diagnoses that the Wecheck technician gave during his two visits over 14 months were issued without ever inspecting or checking the units in question, which would have allowed me to have air conditioning a year ago. I have received neither an explanation nor an apology from them. No further comment.
