I have a nail in my motorcycle tire, I go to this dealership and the answer is they can't take my bike because it's not one of the brands they sell! I was here just a few months ago changing the front tire and they didn't complain about charging me almost €150 for a Michelin, but since that's not enough, they won't take it anymore, not for the Michelin tire where the puncture is, but because it's a Honda... but the thing is, they have the Honda logo on their website... Well, not very professional. Think about whether you want to let them rip you off or go to people who will fix it in an hour,

Alejandro helped me; his service was exceptional and excellent. He gives you great information, and when he's with you, he's completely dedicated to you, even though he didn't have what I wanted. It couldn't have been better. I highly recommend him; he's a really nice guy.

I bought a Honda Forza a few years ago, and now that it's due for an oil change, they're telling me they won't do it because they only work with their own brands. What a disgraceful service! They're really sharp when it comes to selling you the bike. I'm definitely never going back there. I told them I bought the bike there, and they said, "Wait a moment, I'll ask the manager," and then he said they wouldn't take my order.

I bought a motorcycle about four years ago, second-hand. I've taken it to their shop for all the servicing, and now they're telling me they only work on their own brands; I was speechless. I certainly won't be going back, not even to buy gloves.
