After a year of waiting for them to honor the 10-year warranty for serious sealing defects in the double glazing of several Climalit windows, and after having seen photos and proof of these defects in person, they refused to replace them. Their sole claim was that I couldn't provide them with the purchase invoice for the glass from the company that installed the windows, which I had closed down eight years prior. The company's professionalism is beyond words. And all this for the €180 I had to pay to have them replaced.

I've been waiting two weeks for the quote I requested. I understand they're very busy, but when I spoke to them on the phone they assured me I'd receive it within a few days, and it's been two weeks now. Because of this, I feel a bit uneasy, because if they don't know how long it might take, they shouldn't make commitments.

I requested a quote over the phone and they told me to do it by email. After waiting two weeks for a reply, I called and they told me they couldn't do it that way. Not recommended at all.

After 27 days of requesting a quote, 3 phone calls, and four emails sent, I still haven't received a response. That's their level of professionalism.
