For us, having them was the right decision from day one. We had to postpone our wedding for a year, and they were absolutely wonderful to us—no problems at all, they were incredibly kind, and they didn't raise their rates. The response to our request to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions was terrible. They tried to keep our deposit from the start, even after we notified them well in advance. They didn't spend a single penny on us, neither on pre-wedding events nor any other services, and even after much insistence, they only returned a portion of the deposit.

It was a pleasure working with Cuéntame una boda. Everything was so natural and fun. The result was perfect. Highly recommended.
