Incredible service and quality! They appraised my bike remotely, sent me the transport to pick it up and then I received my bike, everything was absolutely impeccable. Although everything was done remotely and by phone, the communication with the team was constant and very cordial at all times, I felt very confident from the first day. The bike is great, they have more than met my expectations, definitely a 100% recommended dealership, we will repeat for our next biker whim!

What an incredible experience with a very helpful team. Although I didn’t speak Spanish they managed to navigate the language barrier and were excellent throughout, from point of sale to pick up. I saved a lot of money buying from them and the exact same bike at the main dealer was thousands of euros more expensive. Purchased a Yamaha tmax and had it delivered within a week. Although a English speaker they had a tremendous patience and nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful treatment and service. Highly recommended.

I went in a month ago to look at a motorcycle and potentially purchase it. I asked to get a valuation for my current motorcycle, a 2022 Honda CB500X for a potential trade in. They took pictures of my bike and relevant information. They said, they will call me in 2-3 days. More than a month later they haven’t called. They aren’t interested in their customers and selling motorcycles. If customer service is this terrible before purchasing, imagine how terrible would be after.

This is the second motorcycle that we have purchased from Vespacito. Very pleased with both experiences, communication and service have both been excellent. Would definately recommend a visit to the showroom if you are looking for your next purchase.
