We requested a replacement for some windows during a renovation we were undergoing and were very satisfied with the service. The front door offers no insulation whatsoever from the outside temperature (it's a passive house). After months of complaints and sending them measurements of 45°C inside the door (before, they didn't even believe us), they replaced the inner panel (they'd just put in a simple piece of particleboard!). However, it's still incredibly hot; there's been practically no improvement. Cold and heat also leak in through the side of the door. Some of the windows were installed incorrectly (areas detached from the wall, warped sections), but they say there's nothing that can be done about it now.

Very good, we were treated well. The installers who came did their job quickly and cleanly. So far we're delighted.

For a job that was complicated, they were very quick and professional. From the initial consultation to the installation, everything went very smoothly. I will definitely recommend them!
