They installed three battery-operated blinds for us. Everything was fine until they told us the battery would last almost a year. However, the installer said six months, and in less than two months, one of the blinds ran out of battery. We've been waiting for over 15 days for them to come and remove a slat so they can charge it, and then they'll charge the whole blind. Unfortunately, my experience so far has not been what I expected. I contracted the service four months ago, and since then, I haven't received a specific date for the installation of the blinds. During this time, I've received several evasive answers and repeated postponements, which has caused me great frustration as a customer. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but after so much time, I believe it's reasonable to request an exact installation date.
