Our windows arrived 7 weeks late, and one of the four was manufactured to the wrong size . We were offered only a partial refund for the incorrect window, which still has not been refunded. The delays stalled our build entirely, forcing our builders to move on to other projects while we waited. Once the windows finally arrived, the project never regained momentum, ultimately doubling the total build time and resulting in significant additional costs.

After a very good experience installing two windows, we decided to replace the French doors leading to two terraces. They say sequels are never as good, and unfortunately, that was the case here. Very happy with the whole process. I bought them in the summer on sale and had them installed in the winter. Summer was fantastic, everything was online and there were zero problems. And in winter, as soon as I started the renovations, they adapted without any issues. I told them a day and they had them installed in a single morning. The finish is excellent and they were very clean. The windows I had before were old, but the ones I installed along the road are noise-reducing and they're wonderful. A spectacular difference.

I requested a quote from this company for a window replacement. I accepted their initial quote and made an advance payment to get an additional discount. Everything was going well until they contacted me saying there had been an error in the quote and that I had to pay them additional money to carry out the work.
