I'm returning as a customer, and just like last time, the windows are excellent and very well made, both in white and wood tones. The performance is unbeatable, and the customer service is outstanding—they were incredibly attentive and checked everything I asked for. Many thanks to Sergio and Raquel, also for their patience. I've been a very persistent customer, but they always handled it with tact and elegance, making me feel very comfortable and satisfied.

Two days with new windows throughout the house. The projected energy efficiency rating after the window replacement dropped from 156.5 to 148.9. I pointed out that they were triple-glazed windows with argon gas in one of the panes. They asked me to send the technical specifications for the windows. Final result: 122.9. The sound insulation is impressive. The installation team was IMPECCABLE. Everything was clean and there was hardly any disruption.
