They've been working hard for several days, very hard. They've managed to perfectly sand a floor that was stained dark chocolate brown, revealing its beautiful light oak color. The edges are perfect, with no trace of the old stain, and they've left the baseboards, frames, and cabinets untouched. It's a surprisingly high-quality job, something other professionals had said was impossible. Well done.

I hired their services over the phone. I had no references for them, but I was impressed by their prompt service, friendliness, and the quote. I haven't had a good experience. They promised us a result that wasn't delivered, we took their advice, and it backfired. My mother always says that you get what you pay for, and even though it wasn't cheap, it's still cost me. Since I don't want any arguments—I've already had one and come out worse for wear—I'll have to replace the floor soon; it's in terrible condition. It's awful to clean; all the marks from moving chairs are visible, and it doesn't look good at all. The ends of the planks are lifting, the joints are coming apart, and it makes a horrible noise.
