Alot to tell. My motorcycle failed the import test at the ITV. Via their website chat, the manager took my number and WhatsApp me, we talked i used a translator as he doesn't speak English. Buy having said that he gave me a fantastic quote to replace the rear exhaust muffler as mine had failed on DB rating. Fitted my exhaust the same day it was delivered to the workshop and gave me all the relevant paperwork for the exhaust to show its EU approved that i showed at my next ITV inspection and the bike passes no problem. Contacted several times for an appointment. First by email, on March 7, then by phone 2 weeks later. The owner asked me to text him on WhatsApp. Not sure why he cannot read email, and anyway I do not want to use WhatsApp, so I sent immediately an SMS, in Spanish, my request. The owner did respond, with shows he did receive the SMS, but was just rude, so I left a negative review (previous version). He responded to my review that he has a lot of customers and does not need me. Wonderful, so if he has too many customers already, I would advise everyone to find another of the many, many repair sho

I took my motorcycle to Vallemotor to have the Akrapovic exhaust replaced, the restriction removed, and the ECU remapped, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The work was fast, professional, and very well done. The bike is perfect now; the improvement in both sound and performance is remarkable. Furthermore, the service was excellent: they explain everything clearly, and it's obvious they know what they're doing.
