We called them to replace our water heater because it had broken, and they suggested several options. In the end, we decided on a new one, and the job was perfect. They took care of delivering the new one, removing the old one, and getting it working again. Excellent service and great customer care. Highly recommended.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They took a week and a half to arrive (and their communication was awful; I had to call them several times because they weren't responding). They were only there for a mere 40 minutes before leaving. Days later, after a problem caused my kitchen to flood, I realized that the work they were asked to do had only been partially completed. I pointed this out to them, and they told me that if they had to come back, they would charge me again (for a job they hadn't done properly), instead of offering to fix it. 10/10. Our electric water heater broke down, and Miguel fixed it quickly. He came prepared with the necessary replacement parts and pinpointed the problem precisely. He also explained how it works and other helpful details that made it easy to understand what had happened. I will definitely call him again.

I'm extremely happy with the water heater installation. The plumbers arrived on time, installed it quickly, and everything is working perfectly. They explained how to use it clearly and left everything spotless. Honestly, I didn't have to worry about a thing—very professional! Highly recommended. 👍👍👍
