The process to get my Italian passport was made really easy by Antonio, everything was made very clear and communication was good.

They were a great help in the process, as not living in Italy is exactly what you need. One area for improvement is that if you don't call and stay on top of things, at least in my experience, it didn't move as quickly as it could have, which caused some delays. My application was processed from November 2025 to February 2026. Understanding that Italian municipalities can be opaque with updates and communication, you pay for the service to ensure things are done as quickly and transparently as possible since you can't handle it directly.
