I told them I needed them urgently, and they were installed in 20 days—a record time! Many thanks to Tino, the sales representative, who went out of his way to make this happen, and to Miguel, but the whole team made it possible, though I don't know everyone's name 🙏🏽. Good afternoon, I'm going to tell you about my experience. In 2023, I installed some windows in my house. The installation and service went very well. Over time, I realized that the glass in two of the windows was defective (with small spots). I contacted the person in charge who gave me the estimate, and he told me he'd come to look at them. He said he'd have to look into it, that he'd tell me something, and that he had to speak to the person in charge of the glass. Well, this was around April, so after about 10 calls, putting me off, and ignoring everything... To this day, I have no solution

They installed some windows at the end of 2024, but the workmanship was terrible (the silicone is yellowed, they look like old windows). Two months ago, they came to fix three windows. I'm still waiting for them to respond and come fix the remaining five. They're not keeping their word because they've been trying to find a time for me for several weeks, and now they're not even answering me. ----------- Update: They were supposed to come on the 11th at 10:00 AM. I have had my windows and doors installed by them for several years now without any problems, until a hinge broke and I called them and they came immediately.
