I still maintain that the customer service is excellent, but I've edited this because I discovered they placed their advertising on the license plate holder without my permission, and they also charged me double the price of the oil (which I found online)... €177 for an oil and filter change.

The guys do a great job and know what they're talking about, it's just one small detail that keeps me from giving them 5 stars. The fact that they swapped my license plate holder for their own without even asking me to put their advertising on it really annoyed me. And I have to say I was very happy with it... but I don't think it's right at all...

I took my motorcycle to the shop after trying to fix it myself with parts I'd already bought. I was willing to pay for the repair, but they refused me simply because I hadn't bought the parts there. I understand they want to sell their products, but I find it a rather uncharitable and profit-driven policy. To me, it undermines the spirit of community among motorcyclists. I don't agree with it, and that's why I'm sharing this opinion.

I've taken my 1982 Vespa P200E to this workshop twice. The first time, they forgot to replace the instrument cluster light. The second time, one of the things I asked was if they could straighten the handlebars relative to the front wheel (I had a fall, and the handlebars were slightly tilted to the left while I was riding straight). Their solution, I imagine, was to use leverage, which damaged the front fairing (photos attached). Foolishly, I only noticed a few days later and didn't bother to complain. They also mentioned adjusting the clutch cable, and a few days later, it curiously broke.
