They told us they were going to do a great job, but it's turned out to be a complete botch job and cost a fortune. We've had to chase them down for months, and they've come back three times already to fix what they messed up. Leaks everywhere, and on top of that, the boss keeps giving us the runaround. Very unprofessional. The funny thing is, the last time they came, one of the guys said that everything was installed wrong and that it would all have to be redone (kudos to him for being honest). I suppose the boss will just keep stalling. It's a real shame.
