Good afternoon, I find your response unbelievable, and it only confirms, once again, the lack of professionalism you demonstrate at Tejados Santos. I am attaching again, for your meager accounting records, the two invoices from May 2024, invoices 128 and 129, which clearly confirm that we WERE your clients. We can also attach copies of WhatsApp conversations and call logs where you can verify the conversations in which you indicated that you would call us back, something that has never happened to this day, in over a year… You gave us a guarantee of more than 15 years and you don't answer

We hired this company to replace our roof because their reviews seemed good. The work was rushed, resulting in a poorly aligned and unfinished roof. In my opinion, they were completely unprofessional. The team that installed the roof was disorganized and dirty, leaving debris on our neighbors' properties. We had to keep an eye on them to make sure they cleaned it up, and only after arguing did they finally do so. I absolutely do not recommend them, and I certainly will not hire them again.

We are truly disappointed with Tejados Santos in Santander. We are Luis and Jessica, an ordinary couple who work hard to save up for repairs to our humble home, and it's unacceptable that companies like Tejados Santos treat you this way. We contacted them because we had a water leak through a Velux window. They did a poor job fixing it, as water continued to leak, and it was Velux technicians who ultimately repaired it. Tejados Santos's service was terrible. At the same time, we also had a water leak in our kitchen, and we told them about it so they could check and waterproof the chimney. T

Very happy with the work done by Roberto and his team. They cleaned my gutters and roof. They left them looking like new. A very efficient and fast team. They're also very friendly. 100% recommended.

After so much rain, our roof needed a tune-up. We waterproofed it and everything is great, great team and competitive prices.
