I hired a couple of Velux windows to replace some in the new house that were over 20 years old. The customer service, both in person and by phone, was excellent. They advised me on all the brand's products and answered any questions I had. The installers arrived promptly in the morning and by midday they had them installed. All the rooms where they were replaced were spotless, as if there hadn't been any construction work.

A reliable company with excellent communication. There were some issues with their external logistics provider. They investigated and resolved them immediately. I hope to work with them again.
