We've hired them on several occasions, and the results have always been as expected. This time, they repaired the facade, patched it, painted it, and prepared it to keep out water and waterproof it. It looks beautiful and does its job. Goodbye to damp. We've been using them for many years; they're very reliable and professional.

We hired them in July 2023 to renovate a roof in Bermeo, at 29 Atalde Street, because we had water leaks on the top floor. At first, everything went well. They quoted us €14,000 for the renovation with an 8-year guarantee. A month after the work began, the leaks returned from the same spot, and worst of all, they don't answer the phone or emails. After a year of them completely ignoring us, we've decided to file a complaint with the Basque Government's consumer protection agency, and I fear the next step will be legal action. A complete disgrace.

Horrible, completely unprofessional, and a bunch of scammers. I have a leaky roof, they came and applied "waterproofing" (I'm putting that in quotes because I doubt they actually applied anything), but it's still leaking. I call them and they don't answer. They told me that they would come and take care of any problem... well, the proof is their complete lack of response to my calls and WhatsApp messages, and it's been two months now. In short, they're shameless and forget about their customers once they've been paid.

We were looking for experts to paint and renovate the facade of our farmhouse, and for us, it was the perfect decision. It looks fantastic.

I needed to waterproof the upper part of the house due to dampness, and they gave me a price. They explained everything they were going to do, and seeing the results, I'm very grateful. It's rained these past few days, and everything is perfect.
