The worst I've ever seen. They've been saying one day, then another, and then another for a week now. Then, they told us we made a mistake in the address, and it turns out they're liars because we didn't make a mistake. They told the caregiver they made a mistake for one reason and me for another, so they're lying. And they have me at work, so I don't know whether to leave early or not without informing me. They tell me they'll call me to arrange things with me, and they don't call. For that, I'm hiring another company that will take just as long, but at least they'll be loyal to the deadlines

To be honest, my experience on the phone wasn't very pleasant. I called to inquire about their services because I urgently needed a repair, and they told me good luck finding someone these days, that if I had a business and hadn't purchased annual maintenance for all our devices, I should forget about it. I won't talk about the work itself; they may be great professionals, but the customer service, in my opinion, leaves something to be desired. We didn't even get a chance to discuss a quote.
