A truly awful experience. I took my car in for an emissions problem, even though they're experts in that area, and they don't even have the equipment to measure it. They don't give you an estimate, they don't give you a delivery date, and you have to keep calling to get any information. I've spent €400 fixing something completely unrelated, and now I'm leaving with the problem.
