They're terrible. I left my car at Mapfre and they took it there for repairs. The door repair cost €1700, and they replaced it with a new one. They returned it to me exactly as shown in the photos. I complained to my insurance company and they didn't even fix it. They're completely unprofessional. Don't take your car there; that door is brand new, and according to Mapfre's expert, it's fine.

I needed a paint job on my car, and I brought it to them after work. I didn't have anyone who could pick me up, so Raúl offered to drive me to my front door himself. They had the car ready in a couple of days and left the paint looking like new. Plus, as an extra service through my insurance, they delivered the car clean inside and out, with a basic checkup done. I found Raúl to be an exceptional professional with a very friendly approach. I'm very glad I chose this shop for my car repairs.

I took my C5 in for a leak in the rear shock absorbers, and after a while, the mechanic told me he couldn't fix it because he'd been advised it was complicated... He's just a parts-swapping mechanic! Since he thought it was complicated, he dismissed me... I called my usual mechanic, and he's happy to fix it. Replacement gaskets are available; in fact, I found them online. The problem is, you have to look for them... it's easy to say they're not available if you don't bother to look... like I said, he thought it was complicated and didn't know how to fix it.

I've been taking my car and my family's cars to this independent garage for over two years now because I've always received excellent service from the owner, Raúl, and some of his technicians, who have consistently demonstrated professionalism and responsibility. I have more confidence in the work they do than at the official dealership, and of course, their prices are more affordable.
