I had quite a few experiences before dealing with auto shops in Valencia, but this one was just perfect, from day one. They helped me out with everything related to my insurance and were so, so, SOOOO NICE and polite, gave me ideas on things that I could do to find cheaper parts (that my insurance didn't cover) and even offered to look for those parts for me. When they finally fixed my mirrors, the whole thing was a breeze - I left my car and came back to it perfectly fixed, just like day one. And of course, everyone was all smiles, being nice, kind and patient. I know that this is not common

I left the car with both right-side doors scratched and the rearview mirror damaged. The service was quite friendly; they told me at least two weeks, and it took almost four, but that's the least of my worries since they gave me a loaner car. Terrible service. I've left my car there twice, and both times I've left dissatisfied. The first time I thought it was just a fluke, but this is the second time. Two for two. Very bad. This time they were disrespectful when I pointed out that they had scratched the leather on the steering wheel. The owner of the garage wouldn't even acknowledge the mistake (which is OK, we all make mistakes, and thank goodness, it was a minor one), and an employee laughed when I told him they were going to lose a customer. She said, "We've been around for 50 years, we're not going to go under..." They left

They fixed my car in 5 days after receiving the parts. They left it like new. The 3-month wait was due to the official Mercedes dealership not supplying parts. They left it like new, fully calibrated, and passed its MOT. They are very efficient and provide excellent service.

It was one of the garages that my insurance covered. I'm really happy. They came to pick up my car (Opel Mokka) and gave me a replacement. They fixed it in a week and a half, left it perfect, and my car came out more than clean. I'm delighted. Thank you very much. The service I received was very cordial and attentive at all times.
