The service, from the moment I dropped off my car until I picked it up, was exceptional. They were completely transparent about what they were going to do to the car, explained by one of the mechanics when I dropped it off in the morning, and provided a detailed breakdown of the invoice, including prices and the work performed. It's truly a pleasure to be a customer of a garage like this. They have many years of experience and always treat you with kindness, explaining everything that needs to be done to your car. They don't try to sell you extra services or anything beyond what your car actually needs at that moment, and if something goes wrong, they call you beforehand to ask if you want to proceed. I've been leaving my vehicle at their shop for a long time. Not since this last experience. I left the car because of a noise when I started it, right in front of the steering wheel. They repaired it and broke the car window and windshield wipers (which seemed strange to me because they always explained the entire car repair process to me, but this time they didn't). And to top it all off, they changed one of my windshield wiper blades because they told me it was worn out, charging me €10 without me even mentioning it.
