I took my car to them for a simple thermostat replacement because the engine wasn't reaching operating temperature. I handed the car over with the diagnosis already done; the thermostat was stuck open. A simple fix; you could have done it in half an hour. Well, these guys went and replaced the temperature sensor (a sensor that was working perfectly) and didn't replace the thermostat. Conclusion: I have the exact same car as before with the same problem, but I'm 100 euros poorer. By the way, I asked for the old sensor to test it myself at home, and surprise, surprise, they didn't give it to me!

He charged me €100 for the diagnosis, 🙁 I sold my car for next to nothing. He said it was the cylinder head, and I sold it to another mechanic. My car runs fine, and it was the fan, not the cylinder head. This garage didn't even check the coolant. I hope this weighs on his conscience. He made a hundred euros for not even opening the car, and on top of that, because of his bad diagnosis, I sold the car. Be careful with people like this. When he saw I was selling it, he gave me advice on how to do it; I guess that was his lack of conscience.
