Rude and unprofessional. I'd give them a lower rating if I could. After asking several garages for quotes, they told us the repair would cost between €400 and €600. A short while later, they called us back, in a rather unpleasant tone, saying they wouldn't give us a quote because, since we asked at "500 places," another garage had asked for a spot in order to raise their prices. Then they started saying they didn't want to "fight over the spot" with another garage and didn't want these kinds of problems. Is this the market of supply and demand?
