The garage was recommended to us by the ADAC, as it was the only one open 24 hours a day. Everyone was super helpful, the mechanic absolutely nice and very eager to understand us, as we unfortunately don't speak Spanish. And very importantly, the price was also right. We can highly recommend the workshop and were happy to receive professional help on a Saturday afternoon. So thank you again for getting the repair done so quickly.

Luis has an efficient and hardworking ethic in his workshop, at Luiscar they seem much more down to earth, affordable and also keen to do a great job than most of the other mechanics in palma. Luis went above and beyond to help me get my van back up and running at last minutes notice. SCAMMERS. I went for a pre-MOT inspection. They charged me around €100 just to look at the car and not do a single thing, not even change the oil. After failing the MOT, I brought them the paperwork with the defects and told them I just wanted to pass the MOT. In the end, I spent €800 because they told me it was mandatory to change the headlight and spark plugs, as well as other things. To my surprise, when I went for the MOT, they told me the only thing that was mandatory was the windshield wiper blades. Basically, for a €10 repair, I ended up spending €800. Zero stars. A scam. I sent them a WhatsApp message and they booked the car for the next morning. They didn't check it until five days later and then charged me almost €200 for the diagnostic. They gave me a quote of €2,000 to repair the car, saying it needed several things. I took it to another mechanic who fixed it the same day for €90.

They're scammers. First, they ask if you're self-employed or a limited company (SL). It seems they assign different rates depending on your situation. Just to open the door, they wanted to charge me 400 euros, only to then tell me the total cost of repairing the van would be four times that. SCAMMERS, BE VERY CAREFUL!!
