I requested a quote from this workshop because of the good reviews I read. Their quote was similar to what I had from other workshops, perhaps slightly higher, but the description of the work that needed to be done seemed more complete and reliable than the others, so I decided to take my car there, and it was a good decision. They met the deadline, sent me photos of the work they were doing, and returned my car looking brand new, not only in terms of bodywork and paint, but they also cleaned the interior. It's a shame that despite such good reviews, my experience with this place has been terrible. My car was damaged in an accident, and they sent me to this garage for an inspection. The woman who contacted me was incredibly rude; she was either having a bad day or she was completely out of line. After three weeks of not hearing anything, I called to find out what was going on... not even an apology. It's shameful and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I took my car to Martel's workshop and was more than satisfied. The service was excellent from the very first moment; they were very professional and attentive. The repair was perfect and at a very good price, more economical than other workshops I contacted. It's clear they know what they're doing and that they work with seriousness. I recommend them 100%. Very satisfied with the service. Excellent professionals, and although it takes a little while to get an appointment, they are very well organized, and once you have one, everything goes incredibly fast. All the staff are very friendly, offering advice and guidance to ensure you don't encounter any problems. The thoughtful touch of washing your car and returning it looking brand new is much appreciated. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs.
