I took my car in a few weeks ago to have a crane mounted on the roof rack (after the crane arrived from the factory). I took the car in on a Tuesday, and by Thursday they were finishing up... Total lack of professionalism. They used my car as if it were a taxi (it's recorded on the in-car cameras). I called to complain and they promised me a response the next day... I'm still waiting a week later. First and last time I've ever been to this shop. I've found my trusted mechanic. They've kept me informed and consulted me before every job. They've taken the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and haven't done anything they didn't consider necessary (for example, I asked them to check the filters and replace them if needed).
