We've been going to this garage for years (with two cars and even a complete engine replacement) and recommending it to our family because we thought they did good work and provided excellent customer service. However, on this last visit, aside from trying to cover up poor maintenance by a new employee—we'd let our oil change slip by a couple of months—and who is anyone to judge the circumstances and difficulties of others who may have been unable to do so? Honestly, I did NOT expect such efficient and professional service, from administration to workshop. This is my first appointment with LANZAROTA, but if I have any problems with my van in the future, I will ask. RECOMMENDED!!!!!

After taking my cars to this garage, which I've always found very competent, I've noticed that lately they've been treating us very poorly. The worst part is that they question us as owners of our own vehicles, and then, when there's an obvious breakdown that wasn't caused by our own use, they not only wash their hands of it but also blame us. It's all very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone.
