Speed, efficiency, and professionalism. I left my car at this shop because it's the one recommended by my insurance, and I'm very happy with the service and repair. They were friendly and helpful throughout, fixing something that wasn't included in the insurance report at no additional cost. 100% recommended.

Terrible. I left my car to have the bumper replaced. They called me to pick it up, and the car wouldn't start, and they hadn't even cleaned it. According to them, the battery died. Coincidence? Mine was fine, and why didn't they tell me when they called to pick up the car? Based on what they told me when I went to get the car, I have serious doubts about what really happened. In the end, I got the battery replaced, and I took the car to the shop another day. As for the cleaning they did, I'm furious. I won't be going back, and I certainly don't recommend them.

Absolutely terrible. They're only interested in taking your money, not fixing your car. Be very careful if you take your car in through an insurance company; you're treated like a second-class customer. They don't care about the customer. I'd give them fewer stars if I could.

Terrible service. After a collision, I took my car to this garage for repairs, as it's the one authorized by my insurance company. After having my car there for over three weeks, and after agreeing to pay them for an inspection and an estimate, they weren't able to provide one. So I ended up having to take it to another garage (who gave me an estimate in one hour, in PDF format). It seems they're not interested in repairing cars.

Very bad experience. We agreed to pick up my car on Friday around 4 pm after work. Of course, they close at 2:00 or 3:00 pm, but I agreed to leave it in their garage next door. When I went to the shop, I couldn't find my car or any sign of it. They didn't even bother to call to let me know they weren't leaving it or that they'd forgotten. I wasted my money. On top of that, I spent Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday without my car, which meant I couldn't get to work. It was a huge inconvenience, and now I'm left with this terrible experience. ☹️☹️
