Very sociable and fantastic work

The guy they have working in customer service is a real character; he doesn't know anything. Otherwise, the workshop is very good.

I took it in several times through my insurance, both for an accident that only required repainting and for maintenance and mechanical repairs. Everything was very professional, the service was good, etc., but the quality/price ratio was terrible. It was far too expensive, not to mention the final price was nowhere near the estimate. Twice they repainted it, and it didn't even last a year. I complained to have it repainted properly, and they said the paint was cracked from an impact and refused to take responsibility. Finally, I managed to get them to repaint it, and they told me they wouldn't

They're professional. They meet delivery deadlines. I need the car for work, and they accommodated my days off and provided me with a replacement car. The staff is very friendly, which is much appreciated. The car was delivered to me in perfect condition. 10 out of 10! 😉

Excellent service and excellent customer service. The quality of the repairs is very good. 4 stars because they took a long time to deliver the car and didn't clean the inside. They made up for it by giving it a free wash; we also had to wait for the delivery.
