Taller BMW MINI Bilbao Bizkaia

The best BMW service we ever received. We were traveling from The Netherlands when our car showed problems in the Bilboa area. They fixed it within 24h and we got a rental car free of charge. Very friendly and experienced mechanics and super clean garage and handling.

I'd not recommend this service. If you read bad reviews, the guys were already noticed trying to increase the repair check in their favor. There was only one problem to replace the cover of the cylinder head on which I decided to overturn half of the engine and assured that it was necessary to replace the seatbelts that did not need this. Work that should cost 200 would cost 1500

Highly recommend, would give more than 5 stars if this was an option! When the side mirror was taken out of our car, day 3 of a honeymoon road trip, things felt bleak. This changed when we got to Taller BMW & mini. They were so kind and patient, even with our lack of Spanish. A very professional job was done and we were back on the road by 10am the next day. Cannot thank the team here enough.

The honeymoon savers! We took our broken BMW there, speaking not a word of Spanish, but the lovely team took excellent care of us and the very next morning we were up and running again. The service and care offered there were utterly exemplary, and they even sent us off with a bottle of wine for our travels
