UPDATE: Their response is a testament to their lack of professionalism and respect. They threaten us by email, saying they know we can't back out without paying them (the digital kit doesn't allow you to cancel and switch to another one), and they question our intentions... We chose them based on the digital kit and the timing. Not at all recommendable; it's clear they're overwhelmed.
