To begin with, as soon as they arrived, they re-covered the parquet flooring in the hallway and the room where they were working. The balcony was a bit delicate as it was made of iron and quite deteriorated. I was amazed at how well they removed the old flooring with hardly any damage. They explained everything I needed in detail: high-quality, well-insulated windows with triple-paned glass. They arrived earlier than agreed upon for installation, and the installation was quick and the service was excellent.
