I was delighted, but in the end it seems they don't respond when they should, and on top of that, the installations aren't suitable for wind. It's a shame that a company like this doesn't take responsibility for fixing its poor installations. More and more neighbors are complaining that they don't get answers, and some had their solar panels blown off in the last storm.
