We installed panels, batteries and a car charger with SolarTradex. Good communication from the start, took care of everything. In particular, Oscar our installer was fantastic. He answered all our questions, showed us how everything works and when we had an issue with the charger not identifying the car he solved it remotely in a couple of minutes. Really pleased with it all!

A disaster. Everything was fine until the first payment. They installed the panels in October, but they weren't operational until December, after I called them. They said they were monitoring the installations, and in mid-January I called because the production seemed very low. A week later they updated the system, and then it improved. I told them that I wanted to expand with batteries in the future and that I wanted an open system, but I find out I can only install Huawei batteries. A team of professionals. It is a top quality product that is not expensive compared to other options on the market. They are sure that what they sell works and they prove it by accompanying it with a certificate for the photovoltaic panels and a production insurance, two things that I have not been able to find in any other proposal that I have requested. The installation was fast and very clean (which, frankly, is not usually the norm in this type of work). I definitely recommend them.
