The best possible experience. We had solar panels, an electric water heater, and an electric car charger installed by them. Alejandro, in particular, was impeccable. He explained everything in detail, was always available, answered all our questions, and provided us with everything we needed. Even now, a year later, he's still helping us with our tax return. Good afternoon, I'm going to share the ordeal I've been through with this company trying to get them to install a battery and backup power supply, which is what allows you to be self-sufficient with your solar panels. It all started in May of this year (2025) after the infamous blackout. I religiously paid 40% of the initial estimate the same day I contacted them, and the first thing I heard was... we won't have the materials for at least two months. "No problem, I'll wait." They install the battery in August, the other part doesn't arrive until September, and they don't even get the battery

They've caused me to lose my grant from the Andalusian Regional Government due to their incompetence (they submitted—according to them—an incorrect application that required correction) and negligence (they provided—also according to them—a phone number they couldn't answer as contact information).
