I've been using treyCMMS for a while now. It's very powerful and configurable; it allows us to manage the maintenance of our clients' equipment. We automatically create orders monthly, and our technicians manage them on their mobile phones without needing to print them, always keeping their status updated. It has helped us significantly streamline our administrative processes.

I run a repair service, and this software helps me organize repair orders, create quotes, invoice, order spare parts from suppliers, and more. I've been able to easily customize my forms and reports to suit my needs. It's truly a great program, and the developers are excellent professionals.

The new TreySAT program works terribly, the support they provide is awful, and the solutions are equally poor. They're only concerned with sending invoices; they can't release software to the market without thoroughly testing it, and they can't use customers as application testers. I'm switching as soon as I can; I don't recommend them. Expanding on my comments: I'm a long-time customer, and according to Treyder staff, we're the only ones having problems, so our contact information should be easy to obtain.
