A terrible experience with Sky Systems. I took my computer in just for a cleaning, as it was working perfectly when I dropped it off. However, when I picked it up, it wouldn't turn on. The worst part was that they refused to take responsibility for the problem and even tried to justify it by saying the failure was due to "lack of maintenance." I find this a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; they should take better care of their customers' equipment and own up to their mistakes when something goes wrong. And by the way, they charged
