Avoid this company at all costs... The positive reviews are written by family members or the owner himself... Sitec is doing work in my condo building, and here's a list of the shoddy workmanship and other issues: - Blistering paint on the facade, - Drunk workers, - Leaking downspouts everywhere; water damage is imminent... - Sitec treats the building like a garbage dump... I can provide photos if needed...
