It's outrageous. They agreed to come and give an estimate, but they didn't show up because one of their vehicles broke down. When they finally came, they gave one estimate verbally and then sent another in writing. When they finally came to give the estimate, we scheduled a Thursday, and the day before, I asked for it. They told us it would take a few more days and that they had no record of the appointment. Two days later, they sent an estimate and scheduled another appointment without checking if anyone was home. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I contacted them because I was interested in their service, and they scheduled an appointment for a specific day. They didn't show up that day, claiming the person in charge couldn't attend. Even so, I remained interested and sent them photos of what I needed, but they didn't reply.
