I went there today, July 16th, to buy a desktop board with a cutout for a column. I had already read reviews, but I believe in constructive criticism, changes, and second chances. They told me they don't cut columns until September, and that I could buy the board and cut it myself with a handsaw. I find it shameful that I went all the way to that industrial park looking for a place to cut a board to size, only to be told to cut it myself—a simple 90-degree cut in a corner—and that they couldn't do it, even though they're a specialized company.
