I wouldn't recommend it. Last Monday, January 26th, the boiler was scheduled for inspection, and it was agreed that the expansion vessel would be replaced. Everything was working. The next day, the boiler malfunctioned, leaving us without hot water or heating. I called the technician who had been there the day before, and he told me it was a new problem and that I should call the office. The office kept giving me the runaround, saying that the expansion vessel issue was still open and that nothing could be done until the technician arrived and they could get two technicians to come. I insisted

I reported it because the app indicated an issue. They sent a technician who inspected the boiler, and since I have a maintenance contract, he took the opportunity to perform a full service. The technician was very friendly and extremely professional. He explained everything to me in detail. I'm completely satisfied.

Professionalism and exemplary service I called first thing on January 5th about a problem with my boiler. They gave me an appointment for 1:00 PM that same day. They replaced the faulty circuit board, checked that the expansion vessel wasn't pressurized and fixed it, and took the opportunity to give me a check-up. I was the last customer of the day and he was at my house until 3:00 PM. The technician's professionalism was outstanding, and his behavior was exemplary at all times.

Excellent personal and professional service; formal, punctual and professional; the boiler was always in perfect working order but… the parts were a bit expensive

I've been with them for many years, they work wonderfully and both the technicians and the telephone support staff are always very friendly.
