Every year there are problems with this company. First year - the pressure wouldn’t stay in the water heater… Second year - the entire system needs to be drained and basically hooked up to a life support device (took about 3 or 4 visits for them to finish the job - and we went 4 days without hot water... not just heat) Third year - the heat doesn’t work again… “technician” came by and couldn’t find the problem… said he “guessed” it was the thermostat.
