My experience hasn't been very good. In the end, I ended up with a floor I don't like, and it was more expensive than all the quotes I received. You can't choose the entire floor from just one sample without them saying it comes in four colors... and then they demand payment without finishing the job properly. To install a floor, I needed plumbers, carpenters, and a month of stress.
