Wow! AMAZING! It took them a couple of days to get back to me when I called for a quote (they're swamped, and now I understand why). Yesterday afternoon, Ricardo came to help me, and this morning at 9:30 he was fixing my water heater problem. It was poorly installed, corroded, leaking, and malfunctioning all over the place. I'm thrilled with him and his colleague, who fixed it perfectly and, in my opinion, in record time. Out of several quotes, this one was a 10/10 for quality, service, and price. I can't give it more stars. If all businesses operated like this one, this country would be a much more efficient and pleasant place. I had a problem with the mechanism of my toilet cistern, and I went to the store with the old mechanism that I had previously removed from my cistern, intending to buy a new one to replace the old one.
