Three years ago, I hired them to install a 2x1 and a 1x1 split air conditioning unit. The 1x1 unit failed within the three-year warranty period due to faulty installation and a leaking pipe. It was repaired and refilled free of charge because it was under warranty. This year, right after the three-year warranty expired, the 2x1 unit broke down. I had a problem with my air conditioning. The technician showed little concern, hiding behind the excuse that he doesn't bother checking for leaks on repairs over 10 years old. His solution was that the air conditioning was set too low, but the problem persisted the next day. In short, 200 euros including the call-out fee were wasted.
