I had a bad experience at Saneamientos Cruz (Av. Profesor Arnold, Córdoba). The saleswoman who served me, named Valle, was very arrogant and unprofessional. Instead of offering help or information, she was unpleasant and distant, demonstrating a lack of customer service and empathy. I believe the establishment should review the quality of its service and staff training to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

Not recommended at all. The owner only makes excuses when there's a problem and doesn't offer any alternatives. I'll never buy from there again. It's all just complaints from the owner, especially considering the fortune I spent on my bathroom. I bought a vanity, two sinks, faucets, a shower screen, and a shower tray. If I had known how much trouble they'd give me for trying to change a few things I wasn't happy with, I wouldn't have gone. So, it's definitely not advisable.
