I am very impressed with the efficiency of the whole procedure. Shalini in particular handled my case and she was very professional and also spoke very fluent English which made communication very easy. She was always ready and available to give legal advice when ever i asked which was very calming as i awaited results of my application. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would like to praise and highly recommend this office. I am Brazilian, and I didn't quite understand the deadlines for applying for a student visa and ended up missing the deadline by a few days. Because of this, I would have had to cancel my studies, which were already paid for and there was no refund, and return to Brazil.
